Arc Gloucester
The Arc Gloucester provides services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities of all ages and their families including but not limited to respite & recreation, day & residential camp, after school, employment-related training, day habilitation, community inclusion and residential services .
Camp Nejeda (Diabetes Foundation)
Camp Nejeda has been providing empowering summer camp and other programs for children with type 1 diabetes and their families since 1958. In addition to providing eight weeks of traditional Summer Sleep-Away camp, Camp Nejeda offers Family Camps, Day Camps, Spring and Fall weekend programs, T1D Adult Weekend, Nurse Education seminars and much more.
Catalyst Cognition
Catalyst Cognition provides telepsychiatry evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. We also offer psychiatric consulting, second opinions, treatment plan reviews, and expert guidance in child, adolescent, and adult mental health. With multilingual expertise, we deliver tailored solutions to discerning clients in our community.
Charlie Health
Charlie Health is a fully virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) that serves patients ages 11-50. Charlie Health is for patients that require a higher level of care than once/twice weekly counseling. Our program includes virtual group therapy sessions, 1:1 therapy sessions and medication management if neccesary.
Collaborative Support Programs of New Jersey (CSPNJ)
A statewide behavioral health agency incorporated in 1984, CSPNJ has established itself as a respected innovator of housing, Community Wellness Centers, employment, and economic development services that promote the wellness and recovery of people with the lived experience of behavioral health conditions.
Constanta Wellness & Healing at Safe Haven Farm
We offer counseling services utilizing animal-assisted interventions as well as nature-based therapy experiences. Although not exclusive, we do offer specialized services to support those with autism, ADHD, and developmental disabilities. We are proud to support LGBTQI+ individuals and service adults and families as well.

Daybreak offers an Adult Partial Care Day Program for adults with a chronic mental illness.

Family Resource Network (FRN)
FRN is a comprehensive family-focused umbrella of organizations designed to provide community-based programs and services to individuals and families with a variety of disabilities and chronic conditions through our three affiliate organizations: Autism Family Services of New Jersey, Caregivers of New Jersey, and Epilepsy Services of New Jersey.
Gateway CAP Wellness Center
Gateway Wellness Center provides community-based outpatient treatment to individuals and families. Our mission is to ensure access to services that promote health and wellness. Mental health professionals will provide participants with holistic approaches and evidenced-based interventions to address assessed and identified needs.
Handspring Health
Handspring Health is a virtual modern mental health clinic that provides personalized, evidence-based behavioral care for children, adolescents, and young adults. We support children and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, or behavioral difficulties. We offer individual therapy, family therapy, and parenting training.
Heart 2 Heart Services
Intensive in-community counseling services, behavioral assistant services, biopsychosocial assessments provided, counseling for at-risk youth, victims of human trafficking, and adolescent in-community group services. Training for human service providers and the community on human trafficking.
Inspira Family Success Centers
Inspira’s Family Success Centers are a program offered by IMPACT (Innovative Model for Preschool and Community Teaming), and offer a variety of services and programs that connect Commercial Township and Vineland families with community resources ranging from housing and legal assistance to help obtaining household items and food.
Inspira Prenatal Care Program Woodbury
The Inspira Prenatal Care Program is for pregnant patients who are uninsured or have Medicaid plans in New Jersey. At the office, we offer lab services, connection to local resources with the social worker, and a registered dietician to assist with all your diet related questions or concerns.
Newsome Psychological Services
Newsome Psychological Services, Inc. is a behavioral health care practice with offices in Burlington and Cumberland Counties that provides forensic and clinical and evaluation services to individuals, families, and organizations and which aims to enhance skills, encourage empowerment, and facilitate the realization of full potential.
NJ Catastrophic Illness in Children Relief Fund
We help NJ families with medical/mental health expenses for kids/young adults under the age of 22, regardless of their condition or their income. We can reimburse families for expenses incurred within the last 7 years that exceeds at least 10% of their annual income, including therapies, modified vehicles, residential care, medications, home modifications, hospital/doctor costs, travel and more.
NJ SNAP-Ed (Rutgers Cooperative Extension)
The NJ SNAP-Ed program, implemented by the Department of Family and Community Health Sciences (FCHS) at Rutgers Cooperative Extension in Camden County, is a nutrition and physical activity program that teaches youth, adults, families, and older adults how to make healthy, budget-friendly food choices and be more physically active.
On-Purpose Counseling LLC
On-Purpose Counseling LLC has providers that offer IIC and Behavioral Assistant services. New to in-home services through CSOC we also offer ARC-Grow to parents and families in all counties. We also offer outpatient services for children, adults, groups, families, and couples with private insurance.
Project TEACH (NJ Department of Children and Families)
Project TEACH (Teen Education and Child Health) is a year-round education program for pregnant or parenting teens to earn a diploma. The program meets the unique needs of students who benefit from a small academic setting. The healing-centered approach addresses students' social and emotional needs while they pursue their academic studies.
Sprout Health Group
Sprout Health Group is a network of licensed, accredited treatment facilities for mental health disorders, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders. New Jersey facilities include Advanced Health and Education in Eatontown and Endeavor House North in Kearny.
The Renfrew Center
The Renfrew Center, now celebrating its 40th anniversary, has been the pioneer in the treatment of eating disorders since 1985.As the nation's first residential eating disorder facility, Renfrew has helped more than 100,000 cisgender adolescent girls and adult women, transgender and nonbinary individuals move towards eating disorder recovery.
Vida Wellness and Counseling Services
Multilingual mental health practice offering virtual mental health services for individuals ages 16 and up who are struggling with severe symptoms of anxiety, depression, stressors, life transitions and perinatal mental health, and complex trauma. EMDR services provided. We currently offer services in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole.
