Meandering to Change uses various therapeutic interventions which include trauma informed therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, loss and grief therapy, along with others. Meandering to Change will work with you to write your "playbook" for therapy that is geared just for you. Therapeutic interventions come from meeting where the person is. This means interventions are developed with the person, based on the strengths and needs of that person. This ensures the treatment focus is the person’s vision for healing.
Meandering to Change's goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
